January 25th Meeting

These two files will be use for the January Coding Challenge
For the meeting, we'll be executing an arbitrary change to the initial solution.
For the initial solution, perform a merge master detail grouping grouped on Patient Record listing every claim per patient.
The output should be as a text file (can be created using redirected output from the command line)
We're not taking the time to check everyone's solution (we'll just use the honor system ;-).
