We started discussing some puzzlers.

Ray Connelly suggested talking about programming a Game of Boggle

The programming involves two parts.

First, assigning random letters to a die, and secondly, finding matching words from the combination of 16 letters.

We didn't program much of the solution, but talked a lot about some ways to look up the words in a dictionary.
